Fran McCullough is the owner/director of McCullough Learning, which he established in 2002.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Science from Penn State University and his Masters in Secondary Education – Mathematics from Temple University.
 
Fran is PA state certified in the following areas: Elementary Education (K-6); Middle School Mathematics (6-9); and Secondary Mathematics (9-12).  He has experience teaching students in Elementary and Middle Schools and Fran is currently employed full time as a public high school math teacher.  Fran’s teaching experience also includes teaching “at risk” students.
 
Fran is excited about sharing his passion for math with students of all ages.
